How long will my order take?

Once we receive your order, it will be picked, packed and shipped as soon as possible.
Dispatch is between 3-5 business days.

We use Australia Post and various courier companies to deliver your orders. Delivery time depends on your location, but generally you can expect your parcel to arrive within 5-10 business days from dispatch - sometimes even sooner!

However,shipments to other regional areas or interstate can take up to 10-15 business days.

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a shipping notification via email, outlining expected transit and delivery times.

How do I track my order?

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and are based on weight, dimensions, and the destination of the items in the order.

Do you offer Express Shipping?

Yes. We use Australia Post express shipping services. 

I didn’t receive my shipping confirmation, what do I do?

First step is to check your junk mail. We email your shipping confirmation and often it ends up in junk.

Still can’t find it? Send us a quick e-mail AA.Homewares@hotmail.com and we will re-send your info as soon as possible. Be sure to include your name and order number to help us find you.

The product I want to buy says it’s a pre-sale item. What does that mean?

Pre-sale means that the product is currently out of stock, but more is on its way!

By purchasing the item pre-sale, you guarantee that as soon as we receive the item in the warehouse, we will ship it to you. This way you can avoid the disappointment of it selling out again!

Please remember, if you purchase in stock items with an item on pre-order in the same transaction, all other items will be held and sent out when the pre-order item arrives.

If you would like your items sent out before your pre-order item, you will need to purchase them in a seperate transaction.

What is your returns policy?

A & A Homewares happily accepts returns. The policy will depend on the reason for the return.  

All return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order. 

Return requests that are approved need to be finalised within 7 days of receipt of your order. 

The type of remedy we offer will depend upon the circumstances. We will work with you to find an outcome that you are happy with. For example, we may arrange to: 

·      Suggest a self-repair - with an offer of compensation to you. 

·      Offer a partial or full store credit voucher

·      Replace the product - subject to availability. 

·      Arrange for the product to be returned to us. 

I’ve changed my mind. I no longer want the item I bought. Can I swap it for something else?

Oh no, our apologies! As much as we try and prevent this with our wrapping, it can sometimes happen, which is a disappointing. 

Any deliveries received damaged/faulty must be reported to A & A Homewares within 24hrs of the receipt of your parcel.  

Due to strict insurance policies within our courier partners and individual suppliers T&C's, we have a small timeframe to report any incidentals. 

Please email us at AA.Homewares@hotmail.com with clear images depicting the damage/fault nature of your item(s), along with a picture of both the shipping label and the packaging (box, bubble wrap etc). Please also include your name, order number and a contact number to process a claim.  

Once your email has been reviewed, we will contact you and when possible arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. If a replacement piece is not available, we will seek an alternative resolution with you.
